Fabrics + Resources

Linens.

We have sourced our Linens from Europe because they really do produce the best qualities. They are slightly more costly but worth every penny. we choose linen because of its exceptional properties; strength and durability, superior breathability and moisture absorbancy aswell as wicking. Hypoallergenic and antibacterial.

Merino Wool Felt.

Wool Felt is a natural fiber harvested from the fleece of sheep that has been used for centuries, proving the material is sustainable and durable. we use German-milled 100% Wool Design Felt. A biodegradable and renewable material, wool felt is moisture resistant; super absorbent and moisture wicking as well as self-extinguishing and heat resistant.

Cotton Duck Canvas.

Our Cotton Duck Canvas that we screen print on is sourced right here in the USA. We have found that there are a lot of great  American mills still running strong and weaving up a variety of cotton fabrics, and that there is no need to look overseas for good American cotton. And in most cases, not all, these mills or vendors will work with small designers to give decent minimums.

Denim + Chambray.

We love selvedge denim and are proud to use different qualities from usa, europe and japan to make our very special denim aprons.

we also use deadstock and overstock denim in an assortment of shades to produce other products such as placemats, quilts, cushions and wall hangings.

We screen print and/or piece denim to create our unique products.

Cushion Inserts.

We make our cushion inserts in-house. We pre-wash 100% cotton muslin to make our covers and fill them with kapok, a sustainable, natural material that is super soft, hypoallegenic and washable

Linings.

We go to local vendors to get end rolls of cotton chambray and oxford or end-on-end cotton qualities to line our pouches and cosies.
