Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Domestic.

We ship to the domestic USA as well as to Hawaii.  Our shipping is done by USPS, priority mail or UPS. We work to get the best cost for your order and destination.

Alternatively, if you live upstate in the Kingston area and you'd prefer to come pick up your purchase, that can be arranged, again just email us.

 

Shipping Canada + International.

We are happy to ship internationally.  The shipping includes a nominal fee for insurance of your goods. 

 

Returns + Exchanges.

We understand that there are times when you order something online and it's not what you envisioned when you made your purchase or that it's not to your liking.  We will gladly accept your return up to 5 days upon receipt of your delivered package. You can make an exchange or simply be refunded excluding the shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping returned goods back. Please contact us first to approve return and obtain return shipping address.

MISSING PACKAGES.

This can happen.

You will receive a tracking number to track your package, and if after a few days, you haven’t received it, please follow up.

Email us if you are still having issues with the carrier on a missing package within 7 days and up to 2 weeks from shipping..

But we CAN NOT be responsible for any missing packages after 2 weeks from shipping, especially if you the customer have not made any attempts to follow up and find it. If you don’t follow up on your package, we can not accept responsibility for refunding or re-issuing your order.
