Workshop/Screen Printing 101
If you have ever wanted to learn how to screen print and understand the process, then this workshop is perfect for you.
This workshop will be scheduled for 3 hours each week in the evening over the course of 4 weeks. Schedule to be determined with a 2 person minimum to initiate a worksho
You will be taken through the basic concept and process of screen-printing.
You will have the opportunity to use your own artwork or design.
You'll learn to coat a screen using emulsion and expose a screen on an exposure unit, learn how to print with water based inks on fabric, create beautiful prints that you can make into a finished product..
Screen printing is messy business; we will supply aprons and cloths for everyone, but we suggest you don’t wear your best gear.
Our studio is at 245 Wall Street.
The studio will be open 20 mins before the start time; we would like to start the session as close to the allotted time set.
In order for folks to have ample space on our print table each workshop can accommodate up to 6 people.
Payment is required to book your spot.
